Connect your Google Business Profile

Adding your Google Business Profile to Plyrium does three things: (1) shows your live star rating + total review count on your dashboard, (2) pulls your 5 most recent Google reviews so you can see what customers are saying without leaving Plyrium, (3) generates a 'leave us a review' link you can text or email to customers to get more reviews flowing in.

Setup

   Find your Google Maps business page

   Open google.com/maps and search for your business name. Click your business in the search results so the listing detail panel opens on the left.

   Copy the URL from your browser address bar

   It will look like https://www.google.com/maps/place/Your+Business/@.../data=... — that's the long form Plyrium needs. (If you're on mobile, tap Share → Copy link instead; we handle the short maps.app.goo.gl format too.)

   Paste into Plyrium

   Go to /portal/integrations and paste into the Google Business Profile card. Click 'Look up business'.

   Confirm the match

   Plyrium fetches your business from Google's Places API and shows the name + address + current rating. Confirm it's your business — if it pulled the wrong one, click 'Wrong business' and paste a different URL.

What refreshes automatically

What's NOT yet automated (and what to do about it)

Google requires a separate API approval for posting and review-replying via Plyrium directly — we're working through that with Google (typically 3–12 months for newer businesses). Until that lands:

• Posting: the Content page generates posts in your business voice — you copy the text and paste into your GBP manually. One paste, no AI work on your side.
• Review replies: when you click 'Reply' on a Google review in Plyrium, we open Google's reviews inbox in a new tab so you can reply there. AI draft replies still get generated for your reference.

Sending a review request to a customer

Once your GBP is connected, Plyrium auto-generates a one-click 'leave us a review' link that drops customers straight onto your Google review form (no searching for your business required). The link gets used by:

• The post-job SMS review request (sent automatically 24h after appointment completion if review-requests are enabled in Settings).
• Invoice receipt emails (paid invoices include the link in the thank-you footer).
• Manual sends — copy the link from /portal/reviews and paste into your own SMS or email.
