Navigating the portal

Where each major feature lives and how the sidebar is organized.

The left sidebar groups every screen into three sections — Work, Marketing, and Account — so the day-to-day stuff stays at the top and admin stuff stays out of the way.

Work

  • Customers — your homeowner + business records, with equipment installed at each.
  • Quotes — sent and accepted quotes; convert to invoice in one click.
  • Invoices — outstanding + paid; record manual cash/check payments.
  • Schedule — calendar, list, and map views with smart booking + route optimization.
  • Calls — every call your AI receptionist answered, with transcripts + recordings.
  • Receptionist — voice config, greeting, escalation rules.

Marketing

  • Leads — inbound from email/web/SMS/voice with category + urgency tags.
  • Pipeline — drag-and-drop kanban: new → contacted → quoted → booked → won.
  • Outreach — your own cold-call list with status pipeline.
  • Reviews — Yelp/Facebook/Google scraped daily; AI drafts replies you approve.
  • Content — GBP posts + blog drafts the AI publishes or sends for review.
  • Reports — P&L, aging, sales tax, and monthly summaries.

Account

  • Team — invite + manage teammates.
  • Strategy call — Front Office plan only; book your quarterly review.
  • Billing — see plan, invoices, and update payment.
  • Profile — your name, email, password, 2FA.
  • Support — open a ticket OR browse the knowledge base.
  • Settings — business profile, invoicing defaults, integrations, feature toggles.
