Plyrium captures every SMS that flows through your business number — incoming from customers, outgoing from appointment reminders, tech-on-the-way alerts, review requests, and any manual reply you send. The /portal/messages inbox surfaces all of it as one continuous timeline per customer.

Layout

  • Left column — every thread, newest activity at the top. Threads with a customer waiting on a reply show an 'awaiting reply' chip + bold name.
  • Right column — selected thread's full timeline + a reply composer at the bottom.
  • Search bar at the top — match by name OR phone digits ('520 555' finds 5205550000).

Replying

Type in the composer, hit Send (or ⌘+Enter). Plyrium fires the SMS via Quo from your business number, drops it into the timeline instantly, and the customer sees it land on their phone within a couple seconds.

Resolved status

Click 'Mark resolved' when a conversation is done. Resolved threads still show in the inbox (you can search for them) but slip below active threads in the default sort. Resolving prevents accidental new replies — you'd have to reopen the thread first. Useful for closing out 'I'm 5 mins out' confirmations without them cluttering 'awaiting reply.'

What we DON'T capture

Plyrium only sees SMS that flows through Plyrium-issued or Plyrium-forwarded numbers. If a customer texts your personal cell directly, those messages aren't here. Forward your business number to Plyrium to consolidate everything.

Privacy + retention

SMS bodies are stored in your private workspace and only visible to your team. Default retention follows your data-retention setting (Settings → Data retention).
