Plans + which features unlock at each tier

What's included on Voice, Visibility, Bundle, and Front Office. Why some sidebar items have a lock icon. How to upgrade.

Plyrium has 4 pricing tiers. Two of them are 'parallel ladders' — Voice is phone-side, Visibility is marketing-side, Bundle is Visibility + lead handling (no voice), and Front Office is everything.

Bundle ($699/mo) — Visibility + autonomous lead engine + ops stack

Bundle layers everything in Visibility plus the AI lead handler and the full operations toolkit.

Why some sidebar items show a lock icon

When a feature isn't included on your current plan, the sidebar shows it with a small lock instead of hiding it entirely. We don't want you guessing what you're missing. Click the locked item and you'll land on an upgrade card explaining what's behind it and which plan unlocks it.

Skip the upgrade card

Already know you want to upgrade? /portal/billing has the plan selector + the proration math. Most upgrades take effect within ~10 seconds of completing Stripe checkout.

Plan changes

Upgrades are immediate — Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle (we don't refund mid-cycle for downgrades, but the new tier kicks in on day 1 of the next month).

Annual billing saves a month

Annual on every tier = the cost of 11 months for 12 months of service. Voice goes from $149/mo (monthly) to $137/mo equivalent (annual) and so on. Same features, better cash math for the shop.
