How review reply drafting works

Yelp, Facebook, and Google reviews scraped daily; AI drafts replies for low-star reviews you approve.

Updated 2026-04-29

Your local reputation is mostly built (or destroyed) on Yelp, Facebook, and Google reviews. Plyrium pulls new reviews nightly, drafts a reply for any review at or below your star threshold, and hands you Save / Approve / Skip / Mark posted controls — so responding to reviews takes 30 seconds per row instead of 10 minutes of staring at a blank reply box.

What gets drafted

By default, only reviews at 4 stars or below get a draft. You can change this in the AI controls strip at the top of /portal/reviews — set anything from 1★ (only the worst) up to 5★ (every review).

What you do

  1. Open /portal/reviews. New drafts surface as 'Pending'.
  2. Click any row to expand the full review + the AI's suggested reply.
  3. Edit the draft if you want; Save Draft to keep your changes.
  4. Approve when you're happy with it.
  5. Click 'Open on Yelp' (or Facebook / Google) to actually paste + post the reply on the platform.
  6. Hit Mark Posted on the row when you're done so it stops nagging you.
Why we don't auto-post for Yelp + Facebook

Neither platform exposes a public API for posting reply text — they require a human to log in + paste. Google Business Profile is the exception (we can auto-publish there if you switch the mode to Auto in the AI controls).
