Settings → Features shows every feature available on your plan + lets you toggle each. Off doesn't mean uninstalled — the data is still there, it's just paused.
Categories
- Voice — receptionist greeting, urgency keywords, transfer rules.
- Leads — AI auto-reply, urgent escalation, ask-for-review-after-completion.
- Marketing / GBP — GBP posts, review replies, monthly report, blog drafts.
- Operations — strategy calls (Front Office only).
Tier gating
Some features only appear if your plan includes them — e.g. monthly reports + review replies are Visibility/Bundle/Front Office. Voice features need the Voice plan or Bundle/Front Office. The list adapts to what you actually have access to; the rest you'd see by upgrading on /portal/billing.
Some toggles surface elsewhere
The 'Auto-reply to Google reviews' feature is the master tier gate for review reply drafting, but the operational controls (threshold, mode) live on /portal/reviews directly. We surface controls where you actually use them, not buried in settings.
