Methodology
Evidence before volume.
Plyrium configures a pre-approved source universe for the customer's selected market, extracts candidate records, and checks material scope, stage, dates, requirements, and source links. Source facts and relevance analysis remain visibly separate.
- Monitor official APIs, portals, feeds, and other approved sources.
- Normalize and deduplicate candidate records.
- Assign a provisional stage and relevance classification.
- Check material claims against the authoritative source.
- Record retrieval and last-verification dates, confidence, and known gaps.
- Exclude unconfirmed records from verified reports.
Stage labels
Open procurement
An authoritative source appears to show a current solicitation. Deadlines and requirements still need final package verification.
Adjacent opportunity
Current work with a possible specialist fit, but not conventional building HVAC or not aligned with every mechanical contractor.
Project signal
A filing or permit showing activity. It does not prove that vendor selection is open or that work remains available.
Closed context
Awarded or closed work used only for market history, incumbent, or spending context.
Unconfirmed
Internal research queue only; excluded from verified customer reports.
What verification does not mean
It does not guarantee completeness, eligibility, project availability, addendum acknowledgment, award likelihood, or commercial outcome. Customers must inspect the complete official package before deciding or bidding.
