Pilot-specific terms

Plyrium Radar pilot

These pilot terms supplement Plyrium's existing Terms and Privacy Policy. Purchasing the pilot means you agree to all three.

Scope and price

The pilot is a $99 USD prepaid, one-time, non-renewing 30-day business research service. It provides four weekly monitoring reports covering an agreed source universe in one approved U.S. market. A report may state that no newly verified matches were found. No minimum number of opportunities is promised.

Activation and delivery

Stripe handles payment. The private intake opens after payment confirmation, and activation begins after the required intake is submitted. The intake defines the purchasing organization's target trades, geography, project types, and exclusions for the four-report pilot.

Customer responsibility

The customer must independently verify status, scope, deadlines, addenda, mandatory events, eligibility, licensing, registration, bonding, insurance, and submission instructions using authoritative source documents before acting.

Important limitations

This is informational market research, not engineering, estimating, bid filing, procurement representation, licensing, compliance, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, changed, canceled, or inaccurate. Plyrium does not guarantee coverage, exclusivity, eligibility, project availability, awards, revenue, savings, or return on investment.

Internal use

Deliverables are for the purchasing organization's internal business evaluation. They may not be resold, publicly reposted, systematically extracted, or used to create a competing database. Underlying materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.

Privacy and retention

Plyrium collects the minimum business contact, intake, order, delivery, support, and correction information needed for the pilot. Full payment-card data is handled by Stripe. Default retention is 12 months for pilot delivery and provenance records, 24 months for support, refund, and correction records, 180 days for security logs, and the legally required period for accounting records.

Corrections

Material factual errors may be reported to sales@plyrium.com. Plyrium targets acknowledgment within two business days and may correct, annotate, remove, or explain the record. Official source documents control.

Refunds

A full refund may be requested before activation. Duplicate charges and confirmed processing errors will be refunded. If Plyrium fails to deliver the initial promised report and does not cure after notice, a full refund may be requested. If Plyrium cannot complete a substantially started pilot for reasons not caused by the customer, the remedy is a reasonable prorated refund. No outcome-based refund is promised because a signal does not convert or no suitable opportunity exists.

No automatic renewal or outreach

The pilot ends after 30 days. No recurring charge is authorized. Purchasing the research service does not authorize Plyrium to contact third parties or act as the customer's agent.
