Where they live
/portal/reports lists every monthly report you've received. Click any row to open the in-portal view, which recomputes the numbers from raw data — so the figures always match your live dashboard, not a stale snapshot.
Downloads
Each report has Download CSV (lead-by-lead detail + call-by-call detail) + Print/Save as PDF (browser native print). Filename pattern: plyrium-report_YYYY-MM.csv so a year's worth sorts nicely.
