What's on the Reports page

P&L, aging, sales tax, and monthly summary emails — what each one tells you.

/portal/reports is your financial-and-operational scorecard. Four reports total — three live ones you click into for the data, plus a list of monthly summary emails that auto-generate on the 1st of each month.

  1. P&L statement — revenue, expenses, net profit, margin. Period selector (MTD, last month, QTD, YTD).
  2. Aging report — open invoices grouped by 0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days outstanding.
  3. Sales tax collected — by jurisdiction, ready for state filings (MTD / last month / QTD / YTD).
  4. Monthly reports — auto-generated on the 1st with the prior month's summary. Click to view in-portal or download CSV.

These reports give you a working view + a starting point for your bookkeeper. Don't use them as the final word for IRS filings — your accountant should review.
